I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were huge and very comfortable, with a fantastic view. The service staff went above and beyond to help us with bus schedules, which was a nice touch. However, the location was a bit tricky to navigate without a car, and while the dining options were decent, I expected a bit more in terms of variety and value for money.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were huge and incredibly comfortable, offering a great view. They were new and came equipped with everything I needed, from a hair dryer and towels to a mini-fridge with free bottles of water.
Service
7.0
The service was friendly, with staff who took the initiative to offer us helpful information on bus timings and even offered to drive us to the bus stop. However, some staff interactions weren’t quite up to the Japanese standard I had anticipated.
Location
6.0
The location was good, but it wasn't easy to access without a car. While it was nestled in a nice area, there weren't many activities or places to eat nearby.
Dining
5.0
The dining was alright, but I expected more variety. The food tasted good and included some home-made desserts, but it felt a bit costly for the options available.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had decent facilities, but I didn't get to explore extensively. They seemed to be well-kept.

The hotel has a lot going for it! The rooms are tidy and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to assist guests. However, the location can be a bit tricky without a car, and the dining options are quite basic. Overall, it offers great value for money, especially with access to the natural hot springs.

Rooms

The service was exceptional! The staff took the initiative to inform us about the next bus timing and even offered to drive us to the bus stop – such friendly and helpful people.
Location

The hotel is a little over a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, which can be challenging without a car. However, it’s linked to a wonderful spa with natural hot springs, which is free for all guests.
Dining

The dining experience was nothing special, but the food was decent and worth waking up early for. I felt it could use some enhancement on variety.
Facilities

The hotel has great amenities including access to the hot springs, but I wish there were more facilities like a gym or better dining options.

8.2/10

I had a great time at the hotel, enjoying spacious and comfortable rooms with a lovely terrace. The service was top-notch, with staff eager to help, including offering a ride to the bus-stop. The location on the hill is great for natural hot springs access, though the old cigarette smell lingered. Dining options were quite nice but priced a bit high for quantity, while other facilities were well-kept.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a nice view of Najo. I loved having a terrace, but there was a noticeable old cigarette smell in some areas.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, even offering to drive us to the bus-stop, which was a thoughtful touch.
Location

The hotel is perched on a hilltop, making it convenient for getting to the Apeman Spa and the bus stop for Naha, though the steep climb might not be for everyone.
Dining
7.0
Dining was tasty with amazing options including fresh local fish, but prices felt a bit steep for the variety offered.
Facilities
9.0
Facilities included access to the natural hot springs, which were a fantastic perk, and everything was clean and well-maintained.

The hotel has a stunning sea view from the balcony and a relaxing hot spring bath, which was a real highlight. However, the rooms felt quite old and carried a musty smell despite our efforts to air them out. The service varied from helpful to not up to Japanese standards, which was a bit surprising. While the location was accessible by public transport, it was a bit isolated without a car.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, but they smelled a little damp and musty, which was disappointing.
Service
6.0
The service was a bit hit or miss; some staff were friendly and helpful, while others didn’t meet my expectations for Japanese hospitality.
Location
6.0
The hotel is quite far from stores and not very easy to access without a car, though the nearby bus stop was convenient for getting to Naha.
Dining

Dining options were limited to a buffet which was okay, but it lacked variety; the hot spring experience was great though.
Facilities

The hot spring bath facilities were enjoyable, contributing to a relaxing stay.

6.4/10

The hotel is located on a hilltop, providing excellent city views both day and night. While the rooms were a bit smaller than I'd expected and had poor soundproofing, the staff delivered service to the Japanese standard, although communication in English was challenging. The dining experience at the buffet wasn't worth the price, and the location was conveniently near some tourist attractions, though a bit worn. Overall, it's decent, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were a little smaller than expected and had poor soundproofing, but we could enjoy excellent city views.
Service
6.0
The service met the Japanese standard, although I found it difficult to communicate in English and the staff weren't very helpful.
Location
7.0
The hotel is a little over a 5-minute walk away from the bus stop and is on a hilltop near some Southern tourist attractions, but the area felt a bit worn and dirty.
Dining
5.0
The dinner buffet was okay, but it was fair and not worth ¥1700 per person.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but nothing special stood out during my stay.
